Do not harass, threaten, shame, or target another person.
FOCUS WITHOUT THE FRICTION
Community Guidelines
Effective August 8, 2026
BrainWins community features exist to encourage healthy competition and mutual progress. These rules apply to profiles, Crews, challenges, Focus Rooms, rankings, and other community activity.
Do not post sexual, violent, hateful, illegal, or dangerous content.
Do not manipulate progress, impersonate others, spam, or evade enforcement.
01
Treat people with respect
Do not post or direct harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, unwanted sexual attention, degrading insults, or repeated unwanted contact. Do not attack people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or another protected characteristic.
02
Keep content appropriate and safe
Do not share or promote graphic violence, sexual content, sexual exploitation, self-harm, dangerous challenges, illegal activity, controlled-substance sales, or instructions intended to facilitate wrongdoing. Never exploit or endanger a minor.
Credible threats and apparent imminent harm may be escalated to relevant authorities when reasonably necessary and legally permitted.
03
Protect competitive integrity
- Do not falsify Focus Runs, manipulate scores, exploit defects, automate participation, or coordinate fraudulent ranking activity.
- Do not impersonate another person or organization or misrepresent affiliation.
- Do not spam, solicit credentials, distribute malware, or use community fields to advertise or redirect users off-platform.
- Do not create new accounts to evade a block, suspension, or other restriction.
04
Respect privacy
Do not expose another person’s private or identifying information, including addresses, phone numbers, private messages, credentials, financial information, or precise location, without authorization. BrainWins never needs your Screen Time selections, password, or authentication code in a community post.
05
Report and block
Use the in-app menu beside eligible community content to choose the closest report category. Reports include a limited server-side snapshot so moderators can assess the content that was visible when reported. Reporting is confidential to the extent reasonably possible, but we may need to disclose information as required by law.
Use blocking to stop unwanted profile interaction. Do not submit knowingly false, repetitive, or retaliatory reports.
06
How enforcement works
Depending on severity, context, history, and risk, BrainWins may warn a user; hide or remove content; limit community visibility; invalidate results; restrict features; suspend an account; or permanently terminate access. Severe conduct may result in immediate action. We may preserve limited records needed to enforce restrictions, investigate abuse, or comply with law.
07
Appeals and questions
If you believe an enforcement decision was incorrect, email support with the affected BrainWins username, the approximate date, and why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. Do not send passwords or authentication codes.
